Full Paper Submission Guideline

* Deadline extended to 15th September 2019.
After the abstract review process full paper submission system will be open to authors who would like submit their full papers for the publication review process and their abstracts have been accepted.

You should use the same account you created before and upload the full paper. Your full paper doesn't need to be anonymous.

  • Length: 4000 to 6000 words (Excluding title and references).
  • Formatting: Strictly use our downloadable full paper template provided here.
  • Reference style: Please use the Harvard reference style as it explained in the template.
  • In preparing your paper carefully reflect on the review feedback provided by the Scientific Committee and revise your abstract accordingly.

If you proposed other forms of presentation, for example, a short film and so on, please send them directly to us.

Submit your full paper to enter the publication review process by 15th September 2019.

Abstract Submission (closed)

Length: 300 to 500 words (Excluding titles and footnotes)

You should submit your abstract through an online system.  Create an account in that system first and make sure you type your email address correctly. The system will send you an email with a link to verify your email and complete the account creation.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Conference uses blind review process.  Thus you should upload an anonymous abstract to the online system. Make sure that the uploaded file doesn't include author's name and/or institution.

If you are interested in other forms of presentation, for example, a short film and so on, please clearly mention it in your abstract. 

 

Group authorship: Kindly note that printed participation certificate will only be prepared for the registered author/co-author.
